Shipping: Free U.S. shipping on our house brands (KBAYO, LAVISH NY, ETHAN, BAD BOY, BATTYSTA, JCASTELL). Shipping is calculated at checkout for all other brands.

Returns: Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear must be unworn with the protective liner intact.

We're based in Miami, Florida. Our house brands (KBAYO, LAVISH NY, ETHAN UNDERWEAR, BAD BOY, BATTYSTA, JCASTELL) are designed in Miami and ship from our own warehouse. Partner brand products ship directly from their manufacturers.

Shipping is FREE within the U.S. on all orders from our house brands: KBAYO, LAVISH NY, ETHAN UNDERWEAR, BAD BOY, BATTYSTA, and JCASTELL. For partner/dropship brands, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

House brand orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from our Miami warehouse and arrive in 3-5 business days within the U.S. Partner brand items may take 5-10 business days as they ship from the manufacturer's facility. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Absolutely. All OUTFAIR orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or store branding on the outside. Your privacy is guaranteed.

Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear must be unworn with the protective liner intact. If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us and we'll make it right.
