Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to make your shopping experience worry-free. This Policy explains the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be made, in compliance with applicable U.S. Federal and Florida State consumer protection laws.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 20 calendar days from the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from OUTFAIR.COM.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards
Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless defective or not as described)
Health, personal care, and hygiene products if packaging has been opened
Customized, special-order, or personalized products
We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
2. Return Process
Contact us via LIVE CHAT or email info@outfair.com to request a return.
Upon approval, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
Securely pack your item and ship it using the provided label.
You will be notified via email once your return is inspected and approved or denied.
Please do not ship items back to the manufacturer.
3. Refunds
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional processing time may apply.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If you used a discount code, your refund will reflect the discounted amount paid.
4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are:
Defective
Damaged
Or require a different size

5. Missing or Lost Orders
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
First check with neighbors, building management, or household members.
File a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
Contact OUTFAIR for assistance; we may reship at our discretion after verifying the claim.
6. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the return value.
If the gift was not marked as such, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
7. International Returns
We gladly accept international returns; however:
You must contact us before shipping any international return.
Return shipping costs and any applicable duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or sent in error.
8. Shipping for Returns
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic U.S. returns.
Carriers: USPS (Free Shipping), UPS, FedEx, DHL.
For items valued at over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
9. Protection Against Return Abuse
To protect our customers and our business, GAYHILLS INC reserves the right to:
Limit or decline returns and exchanges in cases of suspected wardrobing, excessive returns, or fraudulent activity.
Inspect all returned items for signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration before approving a refund.
Refuse returns that do not comply with this Policy or appear to be made in bad faith.
Customers who engage in repeated return abuse may have their accounts flagged or terminated, and orders may be denied at our discretion.
10. Legal Rights
This Policy does not affect your statutory rights under Florida State law or U.S. federal consumer protection laws. In the event of conflict, mandatory legal protections will prevail.
