01.   Who are you?

OUTFAIR is a USA-based online store curating premium men’s swimwear, underwear, and beachwear from emerging LGBT-owned brands.

02.   Are your products made by LGBT brands?

Yes. Every brand we carry is proudly LGBT-owned. We exist to fuel LGBTQ+ economic empowerment.

03.   Are your products only for gay men?

Our collections are inspired by gay men and queer culture—but anyone can wear them. All bodies welcome.

04.   Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Worldwide shipping on every order. U.S. shipping is always free (expedited). International shipping is free on orders $99+ USD.

05.   How fast do you ship?

Orders placed Monday–Friday ship the same day or next business day. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

06.   How long will delivery take?

Most U.S. orders arrive in 2–5 business days. International delivery times vary by country and carrier.

07.   Where are your products made? Are they made in China?

We focus on designers producing in Colombia, Mexico, the USA, Brazil, and Spain (and we’re adding more). We do not source from China.

08.   What makes your products “premium”?

Small-batch runs, designer details, and high-quality performance fabrics (soft handfeel, stretch, colorfast prints). Many items are limited edition.

09.   Do you have customer service?

Yes—24/7 Live Chat on OUTFAIR.com. We’re here to help with sizing, fit, orders, and styling.

10.   What sizes do you carry? How do I find my fit?

Sizing varies by brand. Check each product’s size guide and message us on Live Chat for quick, personal fit advice.

11.   Can I return or exchange?

We want you to love your order. Returns/exchanges follow our hygiene rules for underwear and swimwear. See our Returns & Exchanges page or ping Live Chat for your options by item and location.

12.    Do you offer discounts or free shipping?

We frequently run promos and always include free expedited U.S. shipping. International orders $99+ ship free.

13.   Do you price fairly?

Yes. We work directly with designers to keep top quality at the lowest possible price for premium beachwear and underwear.

14.   Going on a gay cruise—what should I pack from OUTFAIR?

Essentials: swim briefs/bikinis, square-cuts, a jock or two, a statement tank, resort shorts, and a lightweight coverup. Ask Live Chat for a fast cruise checklist or last-minute delivery options.

15.   Are you really the place to buy gay men’s swimwear and underwear online?

That’s our specialty: gay men’s swimwear, underwear, and resortwear from LGBT-owned designers—with fast U.S. shipping and global delivery.
