At OUTFAIR.COM, we are dedicated to delivering your orders promptly, securely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains our practices for domestic and international shipping, ensuring transparency and clarity for our valued customers.
1. Our House Brands Ship Free in the United States
Orders from our own brands ship FREE in the United States. Our house brands are KBAYO, LAVISH NY, ETHAN UNDERWEAR, BAD BOY, BATTYSTA, and JCASTELL. Any order containing only these brands ships free via USPS anywhere in the United States. Standard delivery time: 2-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).
Free shipping applies only to our house brands listed above. It does not apply to partner or dropship brands.
2. Partner and Dropship Brand Shipping Rates
For items from our partner and dropship brands, shipping is charged at the following flat rates, based on the delivery destination. These are the rates charged at checkout for products in the "Dropship (OUTFAIR rates)" shipping profile.
United States: $5.95 USD flat rate.
Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Uruguay): $14.95 USD flat rate.
Australia: A$25.00. Orders of A$170.00 or more ship FREE.
Rest of the world (all other international destinations we ship to): $9.95 USD on orders under $100.00 USD. Orders of $100.00 USD or more ship FREE.
Estimated international delivery time: 5-7 business days (excluding customs clearance times).
If your order mixes our own brands with partner brands, the house-brand items still ship free and you will see the shipping cost for the partner-brand items at checkout. If an order contains items from more than one partner supplier, the flat rate for your destination may apply per supplier, as shown at checkout.
Expedited shipping options may be available through UPS, FedEx, or DHL at checkout for an additional cost, where offered.
3. Order Processing
House-brand orders are processed and dispatched from our Orlando, Florida facility. Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern ship the same business day whenever possible. Partner-brand orders are dispatched from the partner brand's own facility.
4. Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
