1. Domestic Shipping (United States)

2. International Shipping

Orders under $100 USD: A flat rate of $12.50 USD applies.

Orders $100 USD or more: FREE USPS International Shipping.

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days (excluding customs clearance delays).

Customers may select UPS, FedEx, or DHL for faster or preferred service at their own expense.

3. Shipping Schedule

Monday – Thursday: Orders placed between 1:00 AM and 4:00 PM EST ship the same day.

Friday: Orders placed between 1:00 AM and 1:00 PM EST ship the same day.

Orders placed after these times or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
4. Signature Confirmation for High-Value Orders
For security purposes, all orders valued at $250 USD or more require a signature upon delivery.

Customers must ensure someone is available to sign for the package.

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful, the carrier will leave instructions for rescheduling or pickup.

If an order is returned to OUTFAIR.COM due to missed signatures, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.
Waiving the Signature Requirement

Customers may request to waive the signature requirement.

By waiving signature confirmation, the customer agrees that OUTFAIR.COM is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after the carrier marks the package as delivered.

No refunds, reshipments, or replacements will be issued in such cases.
5. Porch Piracy Disclaimer
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any other carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.

OUTFAIR.COM is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.

If you suspect theft, immediately file a police report and contact the carrier to open a claim.
